To design graphic images (like the one above), I used to work with Coreldraw X3. However there were times I need to re-create the layouts and save them to another file format. In cases like these, one possible option is to make use of an online file-converting programs like Filespazz.com. Though the quality of the converted file may or may not be perfect, the output is good enough to start with the revisions.
