I've explored one good site today - the Screencast-o-matic.com. The site just like Jing. It enables the user to record his screen activity up to 15 minutes (for free users). Without creating an account or downloading anything, you can easily access and use the tool. The output can be saved to your computer or can be uploaded to the their site or to youtube.
To test the site, I have recorded my screen while designing a new wallpaper for my desktop. Then I uploaded the output at youtube and added a background music. The slide tutorial plus the video are presented below:
